Group Sales Coordinator Canucks

In this role within the Membership, Sales & Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for planning and executing group sales initiatives aimed at enhancing group ticket revenue. You will work alongside the Director of Ticket Sales and Membership Manager to ensure all group initiatives are on target, while overseeing key programs like Minor Hockey ticketing and Non-Profit engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all group nights throughout the season
• Provide progress updates to internal stakeholders regularly
• Build a comprehensive schedule for group initiatives
• Manage order fulfillment and inventory for promotions
• Develop strong relationships with external stakeholders
Requirements:
• Experience in sales coordination or event planning
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of ticketing systems and group sales strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Commitment to fostering community engagement
