As a Performance Manager, you will engage in strategic account planning, conduct performance reviews, and ensure customer success. This role requires you to build trust with dealerships and promote product adoption. You will closely collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Management to meet business goals and address customer issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop understanding of client business goals
• Conduct regular performance reviews per account guidelines
• Build strong relationships with dealership personnel
• Ensure compliance with Activix CRM processes
• Train dealership staff on Auto Sync products
Requirements:
• University degree or previous sales experience
• 2+ years in the automotive industry, ideally at a dealership
• Experience in account management and CRM systems
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to travel to Vancouver, BC 5-10 days monthly
