Position: Sales Operations Specialist at Moment Energy
Drive sales effectiveness with Moment Energy as a Sales Operations Specialist. Be at the core of our commercial operations, improving processes and managing our CRM system for optimal performance.

This critical role supports the Business Development team by coordinating with Account Managers, Application Engineers, and Leadership. You will manage the CRM system and improve pipeline tracking, while also providing insights into sales performance. This position demands strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to streamline sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the CRM for accurate pipeline tracking

• Assist Account Managers with customer opportunity management

• Prepare guides for CRM usage and support training initiatives

• Monitor sales pipeline health and provide performance reporting

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred

• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot)

• Strong analytical skills for actionable data insights

• Highly organized with keen attention to detail

• Background in cleantech or renewable energy sectors
