In this role, you will report to the Senior Director, National Independent Sales, focusing on increasing market share through existing customer relationships and new pharmacy recruitment. Your responsibilities include providing feedback for market growth, creating agreements for accounts, and managing customer issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and enhance Kohl & Frisch’s programs in BC pharmacies
• Recruit new pharmacy customers and monitor leads
• Collaborate with departments for issue resolution
• Manage account agreements and monitor purchase metrics
• Leverage Salesforce for account management
Requirements:
• Completion of an undergraduate degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical or wholesale sales
• Strong communication and financial acumen
• Capable of interpreting market changes
• Willingness to travel 50%
