This position is a one-year term and requires availability on evenings and weekends.
Your role includes responding to inquiries, facilitating applications, and gaining insights into property advantages for effective communication. Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities will enhance your success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer rental inquiries through multiple communication channels
• Conduct in-depth interviews to gauge resident needs
• Schedule resident appointments with leasing staff
• Assist remote applicants with the application process
• Provide insights into rental rates and leasing efficacy
Requirements:
• High School Diploma is mandatory; sales education desirable
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license and suitable vehicle required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service
• Bilingual in English and French is preferred
