We are in search of an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Business Development Professionals.
Your role will encompass training, mentoring, and strategy development to ensure successful sales engagements across various territories. Partner with the VP of Sales to shape and implement effective sales approaches and cultivate strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand the legal tech landscape
• Coach team members for optimal performance
• Devise marketing and territory strategies
• Monitor sales forecasts and pipeline management
• Participate in promotional events and trade shows
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of Territory Sales Management experience
• Demonstrated success in SaaS sales
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets
• Strong negotiating and selling skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce familiarity
