In this role, you will design training programs, accelerate new hire productivity, and cultivate effective sales strategies, ensuring a consistent uplift in conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive training frameworks

• Facilitate onboarding sessions tailored to new sales reps

• Create and update sales playbooks for home energy solutions

• Identify sales process gaps and recommend improvements

• Conduct performance reviews to pinpoint development areas

Requirements:

• 3+ years in sales enablement or training experiences

• Proven inside sales background, particularly in home services

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

• Competence in analyzing performance data for insights

• Prior sales coaching experience is a plus
