CB2 is seeking a Designer skilled in customer service and furniture design. You'll use design tools to create inspiring mood boards, 2D floor plans, and product lists. Engage with customers in one-on-one consultations and virtual appointments while achieving sales and service goals in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and customer experience through engaging interactions
• Create mood boards and 2D floor plans using design tools
• Lead one-on-one consultations in person or virtually
• Understand CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy
• Stay informed on industry trends and marketplace developments
Requirements:
• 1+ years in Furniture Sales or Home Decor Design
• Experience with virtual client interactions and solutions
• Proficient with Google Suite and design tools
• Strong communication skills for brand vision translation
• Knowledge of current design trends
