B2B Sales Executive in Security Solutions

Reporting to the District Sales Manager, this position focuses on prospecting and closing deals in the commercial security space. You'll lead security assessments and partner with stakeholders to develop tailored security solutions while managing the entire sales cycle from discovery to handoff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate qualified leads through prospecting and referrals
• Build relationships with property management and security directors
• Lead consultative sales meetings and assessments
• Partner with teams for system design and compliance
• Coordinate project kickoff and delivery across stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of successful B2B sales experience
• Familiarity with IP video surveillance and other security technologies
• Proven ability to navigate consultative sales processes
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel across British Columbia
