Project Sales Administrator

This role focuses on supporting a project sales team within Metro Vancouver. You will oversee daily sales center operations, greet visitors, and assist in contract and inventory management. Your contributions will play a key role in property sales launches and will involve participation in weekly marketing sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work onsite with the project sales team
• Present project information to the public
• Manage daily sales center operations
• Handle contract and inventory management
• Provide market feedback to Head Office
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 is required
• Post-Secondary education is an asset
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Background in real estate is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access
