This managerial role requires seasoned sales expertise in mortgage products. As a key player in promoting B2B Bank Mortgages, you will actively pursue new business, manage existing broker relationships, and execute refined sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include preparing tailored presentations and attending industry events to boost product visibility and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with mortgage brokers in BC
• Implement defined sales strategies and manage databases
• Identify new business opportunities in the region
• Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations
• Attend industry trade shows and promotional events
Requirements:
• 4 to 6 years of mortgage sales experience
• Established network of brokers in Edmonton area
• Strong presentation skills and client relations aptitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and travel flexibility
