We are seeking an agile and results‑driven individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Representative. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, fostering lasting relationships, and driving overall sales growth. The position is permanent with full‑time hours. • Identify and explore new business opportunities through various channels, including website, social media, and outreach via phone calls.
• Target and acquire potential customers to expand our market presence.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand customer needs, introduce products, provide effective solutions, and provide accurate price quotations.
• Negotiate terms with customers to ensure successful order fulfillment.
• Oversee and follow up on the delivery process, ensuring timely and productive service.
• Represent the company at international trade shows, fostering connections and staying abreast of industry trends.
• Contribute to the development of business plans, sales forecasts, and marketing strategies to drive overall growth.

• Education:
  
  High School diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success in a sales role.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts.
• The comprehension of the electrical industry is recognized as a key asset.
• Strong collaborative spirit, capable of working in a team‑oriented environment.

This role offers a competitive salary with performance‑based commissions.

From $60,000 per year
