Sales Administrator

Position: Sales Administrator at Clarius Mobile Health
Enhance Clarius Mobile Health's Inside Sales operations as a Sales Administrator on an 18-month contract. Help manage leads and support logistical initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

This role is vital for ensuring streamlined daily functions within the Inside Sales Team. You'll be responsible for routing inquiries, coordinating trials, and maintaining Salesforce records. Collaboration with multiple departments, including Logistics and Marketing, will drive efficiency and contribute to overall sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for administrative support inquiries

• Monitor and manage shared inboxes and voicemails

• Liaise with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing teams

• Manage leads, quotes, and the handoff process

• Coordinate logistics for Canadian trade shows and events

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• Familiarity with Salesforce and JIRA is a strong asset

• Strong communication skills across teams

• Highly organized with attention to detail
