Position: Medical Device Territory Manager Role
Transform healthcare delivery in British Columbia as BD's Medical Device Territory Manager. You'll harness your sales expertise to build lasting customer relationships and lead market growth initiatives.
Based in Vancouver, the Territory Manager will work under the MDS National Sales Manager to optimize sales processes and execute strategic plans for vascular access and care. This role targets decision-makers in the healthcare field, aiming to deliver customized solutions and enhance BD's presence. Managing and nurturing customer relationships is paramount for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth while managing BD's key business areas

• Develop and execute territory-specific strategic business plans

• Manage product validations and hospital contracts

• Foster relationships with medical professionals and organizations

• Track sales performance and market insights
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3 years in medical sales

• Familiarity with the PHSA is a plus

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

• Experience with  and sales analysis

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
