In this full-time role, you will ensure smooth operations between departments and implement effective training plans for your sales staff. You are expected to maintain extensive product knowledge while guiding your team in achieving their objectives. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain clear communication with departments for operational efficiency

Requirements:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid OMVIC License is mandatory
• Preferable experience using Reynolds & Reynolds
• British Columbia driver’s license with a positive record
• Capability to manage reports using computerized systems
