Key Responsibilities:

• Own CRM management and reporting

• Support COO in site prospecting research

• Execute follow-ups on leads and referrals

• Coordinate meetings and event logistics

• Track partner referral pipelines consistently
Requirements:

• 4 to 7 years in sales operations or business development

• Proven CRM management experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus

• Understanding of data center site selection
