Position: Foundational Account Executive Role
Join Elective in Vancouver as their first Account Executive, driving sales growth in the fintech education sector. Own the full lifecycle from lead qualification to transaction success.
This pivotal role partners with the CEO at Elective to build a comprehensive sales structure. You will engage directly with merchants, ensuring their activation and ongoing success in transactions. With your background in startup sales, you’ll help define the sales playbook and contribute to overall revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the sales pipeline fully

• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle

• Ensure merchant activations are completed

• Work with risk and compliance on deals

• Create and refine a sales playbook

• Lead business reviews for live accounts

• Collaborate with the CEO for market insights
Requirements:

• At least 3 years in a full-cycle sales role

• Demonstrated success in closing sales deals

• A strong sense of accountability for outcomes

• Clear, direct communication abilities

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tech
