Elevate group ticket sales for Vancouver Canucks as a Group Sales Coordinator. Focus on planning and executing engaging group events this season.
In your role as a Group Sales Coordinator, you'll be integral to driving group ticket sales and overseeing the execution of several key initiatives related to group events. Reporting to the Director of Ticket Sales and Service, you will ensure successful collaboration across departments and play a critical part in the Minor Hockey group ticketing program. Your responsibilities include managing relationships with stakeholders to guarantee the success of group initiatives throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and lead planning for group nights
• Regularly update on sales tracking and targets
• Develop a comprehensive schedule of initiatives
• Manage promotional material inventory
• Build FEVO links for group events
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in sales or event management
• Strong organizational and relationship skills
• Awareness of community engagement strategies
• Understanding of ticketing platforms
• Dedication to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace
