Drive sales growth as an Inside Wholesaler for RBC Insurance in Vancouver. You'll build relationships with brokers while providing essential product knowledge and strategic insights.
This full-time role involves collaborating with Sales Consultants to establish business plans and developing relationships with insurance advisors. You'll maintain a contact management system to track new brokers, provide training on RBC products, and identify cross-selling opportunities. If you excel in interpersonal communication and possess a Life Insurance License (or are willing to obtain it), this role offers ample opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Sales Consultant for strategic business planning
• Proactively connect with insurance advisors for insights
• Build relationships with key producer marketing staff
• Offer sales ideas related to insurance products
• Advance the sales process by booking meetings
Requirements:
• Life Insurance License (LLQP) or willingness to acquire
• Post-secondary education or equivalent
• Excellent organizational and response skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
