As the Regional Manager, Inside Sales, you will directly influence the success of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) at Dynamic Funds. Your leadership will involve developing tailored coaching programs, strategic planning, and optimizing communication practices. This role aims to enhance sales effectiveness and deepen advisor relationships while achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of sales coaching and mentorship initiatives
• Implement strategic plans to improve advisor engagement
• Monitor team performance and suggest targeted improvements
• Guide ISRs in effective communication strategies
• Collaborate across departments to align sales efforts
Requirements:
• 5+ years in industry-related sales roles
• Canadian Securities Course and CIM Designation required
• High competency in sales processes and asset management
• Strong analytical and coaching skills
