Peninsula Co-op is seeking an experienced sales manager to oversee petroleum operations and foster customer relationships throughout Vancouver Island. You should be adept in driving sales while managing operational performance.
Your role will significantly impact business development and long-term customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive profitable growth across cardlock and home heating channels
• Build and manage a sales pipeline focused on new customers
• Maintain and grow key customer relationships for expansion
• Monitor sales volume, operational efficiency, and profit margins
• Support financial planning and operational budgeting for the unit
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in petroleum, fuel distribution or sales
• Leadership experience overseeing team dynamics
• Strong financial acumen in managing budgets
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
