Responsibilities- Research and define outbound market opportunities
- Hire, train, and manage an outbound sales team
- Convert leads into sustainable business accounts
- Guide discovery meetings to build client rapport
- Oversee proof-of-concept trials and lead management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6-12 years of SaaS or AI sales experience
- Strong team management skills and experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability in sales strategy execution
