Position: D2L Senior Account Management Role
Join D2L's mission in the Netherlands as a Senior Account Manager. Champion client renewals and expansion, while enhancing relationships across organizations to drive meaningful results.
This role focuses on employing your 5+ years of SaaS account management expertise to secure renewals and explore growth opportunities. You will create engagement plans with executives, ensuring alignment with customer objectives. Leading quarterly reviews, you'll present insights while adjusting strategies according to evolving needs in the education space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the renewal process for assigned accounts

• Discover upsell and cross-sell opportunities within client accounts

• Foster relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

• Conduct quarterly business reviews to demonstrate value

• Develop and adjust account strategies based on client needs
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of account management experience in SaaS

• Fluent in Dutch with outstanding communication capabilities

• Track record of meeting sales quotas across multiple accounts

• Ability to execute strategic account plans effectively

• Proficiency in risk management and churn forecasting
