In this role, you will report to the General Manager, focusing on both personal sales success and team leadership. With a solid background in managed IT and cybersecurity, your focus will be on coaching sales personnel and nurturing existing client opportunities to boost revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet monthly and annual sales revenue objectives
• Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through referrals
• Mentor team members through performance reviews and coaching
• Build strong relationships by understanding client evolving needs
• Oversee the sales cycle from qualification to closing
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in B2B sales in managed IT services
• At least 2 years leading and coaching a sales team
• Experience with public sector and non-profit organizations
• Strong grasp of technology solutions and their business value
• Proven track record of managing sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
