Position: Entry-Level Sales Associate Role

In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with seasoned Sales Professionals while learning industry insights. The Sales Associate will explore and manage territories, develop customer relationships, and showcase product benefits through demonstrations. The anticipated training program starting September is designed for hands-on growth and includes potential for bonuses and promotions after completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and develop new customer accounts

• Demonstrate product applications on-site

• Provide essential technical support for products

• Organize and conduct distributor demonstration events

• Manage sales activities using Salesforce CRM

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college

• 1-2 years of relevant sales or construction experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Valid driver’s license needed for travel

• Goal-oriented mindset eager to progress
