Responsibilities- Lead customer and distributor relationships to grow distribution, visibility, and share across priority brands.
- Develop and execute business plans that align pricing, shelving, merchandising, and promotional strategies to growth targets.
- Work closely with distributor and retail partners to improve execution and deliver against volume and share goals.
- Use analytics and market insights to identify opportunities, strengthen account strategies, and improve performance.
- Manage priorities across multiple channels and customers, ensuring strong follow‑through and execution.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5–8 years of account management or sales experience managing big box or large retail customers, preferably within beverage alcohol or CPG.
- Proven ability to influence distributor, retailer, and cross‑functional partners to drive results.
- Experience leveraging pricing, shelving, merchandising, and distribution strategies to grow business performance.
Preferred
- Experience with category insights, analytics, or customer‑facing data storytelling.
- Experience working with Canadian control liquor boards.
- Strong planning, communication, and relationship management skills.
Sazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more. These benefits may vary depending on location and work type. The annual salary range for this role is 106,600 – 159,900 CAD. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
