In this position, you will manage and nurture relationships within Hexagon’s Mining division portfolio. You will act as the central contact for clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from solutions. Achieving client satisfaction goals and implementing tailored strategies with internal teams will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster relationships with existing and potential clients
• Develop client-focused strategies aligned with sales goals
• Manage day-to-day client interactions as a trusted partner
• Conduct direct sales for product expansions and service contracts
• Prepare and present client reports to enhance engagement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the mining industry
• 3 years in technical sales or account management
• Strong commercial experience with technical products
• Proficiency in English;
French highly desirable
