This is an on-site Field Sales Representative internship role based in Surrey, BC. The Field Sales Representative intern will support the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential clients, especially in cloud, data, and AI solution spaces. Day-to-day work includes visiting prospective customers, participating in client meetings, delivering introductory product and service presentations, and gathering requirements to inform tailored solutions. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM tools, coordinating with technical and marketing teams for proposals, and assisting in follow-up activities to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
The intern will also conduct basic market research, attend events or customer demos as needed, and contribute feedback on customer needs and competitive trends.
- Strong interest in field sales, business development, or account management, ideally within technology or SaaS environments.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at different levels.
- Comfort with in-person client interactions, including meetings, presentations, and on-site visits.
- Basic understanding or curiosity about cloud, data, and AI solutions, and willingness to learn Habile Labs’ offerings.
- Strong organizational skills, including managing schedules, tracking leads, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and openness to using CRM systems.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Surrey, BC, and travel locally for client visits as required.
