You will act as a liaison among various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication while managing sales tools and presentations. Additionally, your role will involve tracking sales metrics and onboarding new advisors to ensure they are equipped with necessary resources. Strong organizational skills and customer service expertise will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide insurance and financial product support to advisors
• Act as a key liaison between advisors, BDMs, and internal teams
• Manage and distribute sales concepts and presentation materials
• Support advisor training and follow-up after sales activities
• Track sales results and report key metrics for improvement
Requirements:
• Education in finance, administration, or a related field
• Excellent organizational skills and customer service focus
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Experience with in the financial services or insurance industry
• Capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
