As part of Scotia Wealth Management®, Scotia Mc Leod  is on the lookout for a Business Development Associate. In this position, you'll be instrumental in creating and maintaining prospecting relationships through seminars, media campaigns, and client referrals. Your responsibilities will include preparing investment recommendations, tracking prospects, and working closely with advisors to deepen client connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create business development campaigns for new prospects

• Enhance relationships through cold calling and referrals

• Prepare proposals and service agreements for clients

• Utilize client management systems to track prospects

• Assist in gathering documents for account openings

Requirements:

• Strong influencing and negotiation abilities

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset

• Proven experience in the securities sector

• Approval as Investment Representative (IR) or Registered Representative (RR)
