This role is based in Vancouver, BC, where you will manage a multi-million dollar GPV customer portfolio. Your focus will be on understanding customer goals and strategically addressing their concerns while promoting new Square features. You’ll work closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to provide excellent account management and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow a multi-million dollar GPV customer base
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Upsell and cross-sell Square's range of products
• Collaborate across teams to solve customer issues
• Mentor peers through product specialization
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in Account Management or Sales
• Experience in building strong client relationships
• Successful management of sales pipelines
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce
• Relevant BA/BS or experience
