The Territory Manager will represent Parallel 49 Brewing Company, ensuring excellent service for retail and select on-premise customers. With a focus on managing your territory's sales volume and budget, you’ll be responsible for product freshness and effective retail placement. Strong interpersonal skills are essential as you conduct training sessions and analyze sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Exceed sales volume targets for your territory
• Support customers while promoting craft beer products
• Maintain product freshness and effective placement
• Execute marketing programs and specifically tailored sales initiatives
• Complete administrative duties including trackers and reports
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in beverage sales
• Must hold a valid driving license in good standing
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and independent working ability
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
