Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will spearhead efforts to increase revenue, build key partnerships, and manage the National Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute strategic sales initiatives to meet corporate revenue targets
• Analyze competitor performance and market trends
• Drive accountability within the National Sales Team
• Negotiate contracts with corporate clients and travel partners
• Present sales insights and performance metrics to leadership
Requirements:
• MBA preferred;
Bachelor’s in related field required
• Over 10 years in hotel sales leadership
• Proven skills in driving successful sales across regions
• Expertise in CRM systems and analytics tools
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation capabilities
