Join the Vancouver Canucks as a Group Sales Coordinator and spearhead exciting group ticket sales initiatives. Focus on creating memorable events and building strong relationships this season.
Your role will involve collaborating within the Membership, Sales & Business Intelligence team to drive group sales revenue through engaging activations and outreach programs. You will closely collaborate with ticket sales leadership to monitor progress towards group night targets and manage programs like Minor Hockey ticketing and Non-Profit initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the planning and execution of group nights
• Coordinate with management for regular progress reports
• Develop a detailed calendar for all group initiatives
• Manage promotional materials and inventory for sales
• Foster relationships with key group stakeholders
Requirements:
• Background in event coordination or sales
• Excellent planning and communication abilities
• Familiarity with group sales methods and ticketing
• Proficiency in project management
• Passion for community involvement and engagement
