Optix is searching for an experienced Sales Development Representative with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS.

Your role involves identifying suitable prospects, generating conversations, and qualifying them for our sales process. You will bring creativity, adaptability, and a structured approach to manage outreach efficiently while collaborating closely with Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting across multiple channels

• Research and customize outreach strategies for potential clients

• Facilitate discovery conversations to uncover client needs

• Accurately document outreach efforts in CRM (Hub Spot)

• Work with AEs to refine messaging and improve lead qualification
Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in Sales Development or outbound roles

• Strong ability to exceed outbound sales goals

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Technologically proficient with CRM and sales tools

• Organized and detail-oriented in managing outreach
