In this role at Ecolab, you will be part of the industry-leading Nalco Water sales team, enhancing profit margins in targeted accounts. Your consultative approach will aid long-term relationships with current customers while converting competitive clients through tailored technology solutions. Engage deeply with executive stakeholders to address needs and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement targeted sales plans
• Understand client needs and provide innovative solutions
• Strengthen relationships with executives and plant managers
• Identify and resolve customer challenges efficiently
• Actively promote Nalco Water technology in accounts
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree needed
• At least three years in technical sales
• Valid Driver's License required
• Must be able to travel for training in the US
• Experience in Pulp and Paper preferred
