In this unique position, you will serve as an RBC ambassador, using client‑focused sales expertise and problem‑solving skills to help clients with everyday banking and guide them to achieve their financial goals.

• Proactively engage clients throughout the branch and community to uncover banking needs, offer advice, and identify sales and referral opportunities.
• Focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver memorable experiences and drive sales.
• Respond to client‑initiated contact and assist with a full range of financial transactions.
• Actively listen and engage clients in conversation to further understand their individual needs.
• Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.

• Passion for putting clients first with success in a target‑driven sales environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success.
• Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).
• Ability to work all business hours.

• Track record building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry.
• Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
