Join Minto as an Inside Sales Consultant in Vancouver, BC, where your focus will be on assisting prospective residents in finding rental accommodations. This hybrid role requires strong customer service capabilities and availability for evenings and weekends.

In this one-year term position, you will leverage your sales experience to respond to inquiries, enter leads, and promote Minto’s properties effectively. You will also assist in scheduling appointments and provide insights on leasing incentives. An understanding of legislative requirements is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer rental inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Enter traffic data into the ERP system

• Conduct in-depth interviews with prospective residents

• Schedule office appointments for leasing agents

• Facilitate the application process for applicants

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; sales education is a plus

• Two years of experience in sales or call centers

• Vehicle and driver’s license needed

• Bilingual in English and French

• Excellent customer-service and communication skills
