In this pivotal role with the Ticket Sales & Service team, you'll enhance the experience for Season Ticket Members who have demonstrated over 25 years of loyalty. Your responsibilities will include managing key accounts and executing exclusive events tailored to valued members, while ensuring top-tier service for every engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage assigned Legacy Club accounts and build strong relationships
• Execute exclusive events to showcase member benefits
• Arrange yearly in-person engagements with each member
• Address Game-Day requests with prompt service
• Provide valuable feedback to improve customer experience
Requirements:
• University degree or diploma preferred
• 3-5 years in account management or client relations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven relationship-building with premium clients
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
