At Nella Cutlery & Food Equipment Inc., we are looking for a highly motivated, outgoing individual with a positive attitude to join our sales team. You will work alongside talented professionals who are passionate about collaborating and making a difference in the food service industry.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and generating new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will also develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets while regularly communicating with management regarding growth initiatives and new business opportunities.

• Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A minimum of 3 years of food service industry experience or a strong retail background is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required.
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills would be considered a strong asset.
