Position: Full-Time Business Development Representative
Drive business growth with ECAM as a full-time Business Development Representative in Vancouver. This role focuses on prospecting, relationship building, and securing commercial accounts across the Lower Mainland.

As a motivated Business Development Representative at ECAM, you'll utilize your skills in sales and business development to drive new opportunities within key sectors such as construction and retail. This role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and rewards self-motivated individuals who thrive on competition and results. Your responsibilities will include generating leads and collaborating with teams to offer innovative security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new commercial opportunities via multiple methods

• Build a healthy pipeline of qualified leads

• Conduct discovery meetings to assess needs

• Present ECAM's smart security solutions

• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

• Valid BC driver's license required

• Experience with CRM systems valued
