Take on the pivotal role of Event Technology Sales Coordinator, focusing on selling event equipment and services for small events. Drive client engagement and optimize revenue within established guidelines.
As part of the Event Technology team, you will report to the Sales Director and manage the sales process for events generating under $5,000 in revenue. You will be responsible for client communications, order management, and ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly sell audio-visual services for small events
• Maximize event profits according to guidelines
• Attend and facilitate client meetings effectively
• Ensure responsiveness to client queries and concerns
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records for all interactions
Requirements:
• High School diploma required, BS/BA is a plus
• 1+ years in sales/event management highly preferred
• Experience in technology or hospitality sectors beneficial
• Proficiency in computer software and tools
• Flexibility to work in varied environments and hours
