In this Business Sales Agent role, you will execute outbound marketing efforts to drive leads and conduct cold outreach to property managers. Your responsibilities include showcasing products through compelling presentations and nurturing client relationships to secure successful installations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through targeted outbound marketing
• Engage clients via cold calls and emails
• Conduct detailed sales presentations, both online and in-person
• Nurture relationships and guide clients through the sales funnel
• Report outreach activities and market insights regularly
Requirements:
• Proven experience in outbound marketing or B2B sales
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• High level of self-organization and motivation
• Willingness to travel and meet clients in person
• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation
