Sales Support Coordinator

In this full-time role, you will be integral in ensuring that the sales process runs smoothly. You will work closely with the sales team to develop proposals, maintain documentation standards, and respond to customer inquiries. Your contribution will help foster a high level of service and accuracy in all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate team and customer meetings as necessary
• Create and print proposals and quotes for clients
• Ensure adherence to documentation standards
• Collaborate on pricing and product information
• Engage with clients to address order requirements
Requirements:
• Background in project coordination or customer service
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of the furniture industry is preferred
• LEED certification is beneficial
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
