Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will own the full sales cycle in net-new territories for organizations. Your expertise in managing complex B2B solutions will be pivotal, as you'll develop outbound strategies and lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Ability to adapt quickly and sell with credibility is essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle across new territories
• Build and execute an outbound sales strategy
• Collaborate on multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Maximize territory coverage for revenue generation
• Present Dialogue’s value confidently to executives
Requirements:
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience
• Experience in complex benefit or insurance sales
• Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch
• Strong executive presence in selling
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
