Craft Beer Territory Manager - Sea to Sky territory

One of Western Canada's top craft breweries is looking for a high-performing Territory Manager to take ownership of the Sea to Sky territory, covering North Vancouver to Pemberton and the Sunshine Coast. This is an opportunity to represent an award-winning portfolio while partnering with some of the region's best restaurants, pubs, liquor retailers, and hospitality groups.

What You'll Do

Grow sales across retail and on-premise accounts throughout the territory

Open new accounts while strengthening existing customer relationships.

Execute promotional programs and seasonal brand activations.

Analyze territory performance and identify new growth opportunities.

Become the face of an innovative craft beer portfolio in your market.

What You Bring

3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within beverage alcohol, CPG, foodservice, or hospitality.

A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Passion for craft beer and the local hospitality community.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Compensation
✔ $60,000 - $70,000 base salary + 20% bonus + company vehicle + gas card + RRSP match + benefits package + 3 weeks vacation
