Account Manager, Expansion

Role OverviewReporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Manager will build trust with small businesses by providing exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
The Account Manager will- Manage a funnel of existing customers to identify opportunities for expansion through additional features and products.
- Proactively connect with customers, recommending ways to better utilize Jobber to drive their success and encouraging subscription upgrades or online payments add‑ons.
- Consistently achieve results by hitting and exceeding targets.
- Communicate and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure feedback is communicated around initiatives, products, and campaigns.
- Track key information in Salesforce for follow‑up and analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in an outbound sales environment with commission and/or targets.
- High energy and the ability to sell in a dynamic environment with a short sales cycle.
- Drive and tenacity; quickly re‑engage after setbacks.
- Problem‑solving skills and the ability to find solutions during conversations.
- Coachable and adaptable mindset to thrive in an evolving sales team.
- Passion for technology and a strong, confident communication style.
- Experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
Fixed base salary of $50,000 and a $30,000 commission, for an OTE of $80,000. Commission is uncapped and paid monthly. The total package includes equity rewards, annual health and wellness stipends, a retirement savings match, and fully paid health coverage.
