As an Account Executive, you’ll cultivate deep relationships with Benefit Advisors and manage a diverse portfolio. This role emphasizes sales, retention, and customer satisfaction while collaborating closely with your colleagues. Your insights will help shape beneficial solutions for clients across various financial arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strong relationships with Benefit Advisors and policy holders
• Manage sales processes from quote to renewal effectively
• Identify solutions for customer satisfaction and complex financial decisions
• Assist Benefit Advisors with product knowledge and business strategies
• Achieve sales, persistency, and retention targets annually
Requirements:
• 3+ years in group insurance with a solid knowledge base
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent math skills for financial assessments
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel
• Designation in C.A.A.S., GBA, or CEBS is advantageous
