Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Manager will build trust with small businesses by providing exceptional service and enhancing their use of Jobber. You’ll manage existing customers, identify expansion opportunities, and encourage feature utilization and subscription upgrades. Requirements:
• Experience in an outbound sales environment with targets

• Strong problem-solving skills during client interactions
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Confident communication and a passion for technology
