What are we looking for?

Aeroframe is looking for a driven and resilient Inside Sales Representative to support business development efforts within the construction and design industry. This role focuses heavily on outbound cold calling and relationship building with builders, contractors, and architects to generate new project opportunities.

This is an entry-level position designed for someone who is eager to learn technical sales, develop strong communication skills, and grow into a high-performing sales professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls to builders, general contractors, and architects
  • Introduce Aeroframe’s products/services and identify potential project opportunities
  • Qualify prospects and gather key project and decision-maker information
  • Build and maintain professional relationships within the construction and design community
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to senior sales or project teams
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to advance opportunities through the pipeline
  • Meet daily and weekly outreach, conversation, and appointment-setting targets
  • Develop strong product knowledge and industry understanding over time
Requirements
  • Strong verbal communication, phone confidence, and a minimum professional level of the English language.
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and frequent rejection
  • Interest in construction, design, architecture, or B2B sales (asset)
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with technical and professional audiences
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
  • Experience with Outlook Suite, Excel, and CRMs
  • Previous sales, retail, or customer-facing experience is an asset but not required

  • Consistently meeting daily call and outreach targets
  • Booking qualified meetings with builders and architects
  • Building a reliable pipeline of active project opportunities
  • Demonstrating improvement in conversion rates and call effectiveness
  • Developing into a more senior sales or account management role over time
